How to play Daily Picture Hunt

Two illustrated scenes hide four visual puns. You are looking for familiar phrases drawn literally: the joke lives in the picture, not in a caption. Find two puns to clear the first location, then travel to the second.

Look for what does not belong

Study the scene before tapping. The pun is often an object doing something impossible, appearing in the wrong setting, or turning an everyday expression into a literal sight. Sweep from edge to edge and pause on details that break the visual pattern.

Say the object out loud

Name anything suspicious with a short phrase. Hearing the words often reveals the second meaning. Check ordinary props twice, too: a sign, suitcase, plant, or classroom object can carry the joke without looking strange at first glance.

Look carefully, then use a hint

A wrong tap adds five seconds, so one careful sweep beats a flurry of guesses. Corners, backgrounds, and the tops of buildings hide more than their share. If one pun still will not reveal itself, open a hint instead of tapping randomly.

Frequently asked questions

How many puns are in each scene?

There are two puns per location and four across the day's pair of scenes.

Does a wrong tap end the game?

No. It adds five seconds to your time, and the hunt stays open until you finish.

Is there a new hunt every day?

Yes. A new pair of scenes rotates in daily, and today's progress is saved in your browser.
